Terms and Conditions

Trip & Booking Contract

By booking a trip with Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Payment

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the trip start date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip will incur a fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date will forfeit the full trip cost.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services or early departures.

Cutting Your Trip Short

• If you choose to cut your trip short or miss any part of your itinerary, no refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion.
• Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to early departure or missed services.

Passports and Visas (Nepal)

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the date of entry into Nepal.
• Travelers must obtain the necessary visas before arrival or on arrival where applicable.
• Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions can provide guidance on visa application procedures but is not responsible for visa issuance or denial.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings is mandatory for all travelers.
• Travelers must provide proof of insurance before the trip start date.
• Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions is not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to lack of insurance.

Refusal of Service

• Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler from a trip if their behavior endangers themselves, others, or the group’s safety and wellbeing.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Use of Photos and Videos

• By booking with Hidden Path Treks & Expeditions, you grant permission for your photographs and videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

• By making a payment or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version provided at the time of booking will apply.
